The North Western Railway has announced significant operational changes, including cancellations and route diversions, for the Phulera-Ringas-Rewari rail section. These adjustments are scheduled from August 1, 2026, to September 24, 2026, to facilitate essential infrastructure development, specifically doubling work and non-interlocking procedures at Kund, Pali-Khori, Ateli, and Kathuwas stations.
- Diversions: Select long-distance trains will run via alternative routes to bypass the affected section.
- Cancellations: Multiple passenger and express services will remain suspended during the construction period.
- Timeline: The work is spread across August and September, impacting various dates depending on the specific route.
Impacted Train Services and Diversions
The Delhi-Jaisalmer Express (14087) and Jaisalmer-Delhi Express (14088) will be diverted via Rewari-Alwar-Jaipur-Phulera from August 1 to August 27, 2026. During this period, these trains will observe additional stoppages at Kairthal, Alwar, Bandikui, Dausa, and Gandhinagar Jaipur. Similarly, the weekly Godda-Daurai Express (19604) will follow the same diverted route from August 11 to September 22, 2026.
Train Cancellations
To ensure the safety and speed of the track doubling project, several services have been fully cancelled:
- Phulera-Rewari-Phulera Express: Cancelled from August 1 to August 28, 2026.
- Bhiwani-Dhehar-Bhiwani (Walaji Express) and Rewari-Madar Express: Cancelled from August 20 to August 27, 2026.
- Rewari-Ringas and Ringas-Rewari services: Suspended for the entire months of August and September.
- Rewari-Phulera and Phulera-Rewari services: Cancelled from August 29 to September 24, 2026.
Railway officials have urged passengers to plan their travel accordingly. Because these infrastructure upgrades are vital for long-term network efficiency and safety, commuters are strongly advised to check the real-time status of their trains via the NTES app or the official IRCTC website before heading to the station to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
