The Northeast Frontier Railway’s Katihar Division is carrying out doubling and non-interlocking work on the Katihar-Sonali and Katihar-Kuretha sections. Due to these essential infrastructure upgrades, several major trains, including the Rajdhani Express, will run on diverted routes or face timing changes in June 2026. Passengers are advised to check their train status before starting their journey.
