- The regularized service will feature a 20-coach composition to handle increased passenger volume.
- Lalkuan-Sabarmati Weekly Special receives an extension of 13 additional trips.
- Extended special services will operate between September and November 2026.
- Both train services will maintain a two-minute scheduled halt at Kishangarh station.
Enhanced Connectivity for Kishangarh
To better serve passengers, the North Western Railway has confirmed that the Jaipur-Bandra Terminus weekly express, operating under train numbers 19723 and 19724, will transition from a temporary service to a regularized one from late August 2026. This move is designed to provide long-term reliability for travelers moving between Rajasthan and Mumbai. By maintaining a 20-coach configuration, the railway aims to eliminate waitlists and provide a more comfortable journey for commuters.
Festive Season Travel Boost
Recognizing the travel demand during the busy months of autumn, the railway has also extended the Lalkuan-Sabarmati weekly special train. Officials have sanctioned 13 additional trips for this service, which will run throughout the period from September to November 2026. This extension is specifically intended to streamline connectivity and manage the heavy rush typically seen during the festive season across the network.
Both services continue to prioritize local connectivity by ensuring a dedicated stop at Kishangarh. Railway authorities have stated that these operational adjustments are part of a broader strategy to optimize train schedules and improve the overall passenger experience across North Western Railway routes.
