Western Railway has announced special train services to help students appearing for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination on June 21, 2026. These trains are being operated to manage the heavy rush of candidates traveling to their exam centers. The move ensures that students and their families can travel comfortably across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.

What are the special train details and routes?

Western Railway will operate five pairs of special trains between June 19 and June 21, 2026. These trains will include Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches to accommodate more passengers. Tickets are available for booking through IRCTC and PRS counters.

This ensures uninterrupted connectivity across the city on the exam day.

Western Railway has set up help desks at 13 major stations, including Mumbai Central, Churchgate, Bandra Terminus, and Surat. Officials have ensured the availability of drinking water and regular public announcements to guide the aspirants. Vineet Abhishek and Dr. Swapnil Nila, CPROs of Western and Central Railway, confirmed these arrangements to ensure a smooth experience for the candidates.
