The station will be equipped with several modern amenities to make travel easier. The plan includes extending platform lengths and installing lifts for better accessibility. Passengers will also get state-of-the-art waiting rooms, digital display boards, and improved drinking water facilities. To manage crowds and local movement, the railway will construct a new underpass and dedicated auto-taxi stands.

A significant investment of Rs 742.74 crore was announced for developing Sini and Kandra as model stations. This includes the construction of third and fourth railway lines to separate passenger and freight traffic. Additionally, surveys for 4th and 5th lines between Pandrasali and Kandra have been approved with a budget of Rs 1.26 crore. The expansion from Chandil to Kandra and Kandra to Gamaria is also already approved.
