The Ranchi Railway Division has prepared a proposal to run special trains between Ranchi and Bhagalpur for the Shravani Mela 2026. Senior DCM Shreya Singh stated that two potential routes have been suggested for the service. The first route will cover Ranchi, Muri, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jasidih, Kiul, and Sultanganj before reaching Bhagalpur. The second option involves running the train via Barkakana, Hazaribagh, and Koderma to Bhagalpur. The final route will be decided by the headquarters.

According to the current proposal, the train will depart from Ranchi at 11 PM and is expected to reach Bhagalpur around 1 PM the next day.
