The railway administration has planned these additions for May and June 2026. According to Anurag Tripathi, DRM of Jodhpur Division, 38 extra coaches will be added to 16 train pairs in a phased manner during May. Additionally, extra sleeper class coaches have been added to the Ajmer-Amritsar-Ajmer and Ajmer-Bandra Terminus-Ajmer Special trains starting from late April 2026.
