Passengers can book these battery carts at the health booths located on both sides of the railway station. If a cart is not immediately available, passengers can use the contact numbers provided at these booths to call a driver. The pricing for the service is as follows:

The e-carts transport passengers to the last platform on both sides of the station. At New Delhi Railway Station, the service covers platforms 1 to 16. This ensures that elderly people, pregnant women, and sick passengers can easily reach taxis or auto-rickshaws after getting off the train.
